Passive Solar Design

For houses with optimized southern exposure, we are able to tailor most of our plans to take advantage of passive solar heating with the optional Vandemusser “Passive Solar” package. Typically, this would require the right or left side of our plans to face within 20 degrees of solar south. In ideal circumstances, this passive solar design could qualify you for local and/or state tax incentives! Please check with us to see if your lot is a good candidate for this option.
