Being a third-party rater means that we do not sell any other products or services. There are no potential conflicts of interest by inspecting something that we also sell. Our only interest is in helping our clients build efficient, healthy, and environmentally-friendly houses.
Extensive Training – We have the technical credentials and resources to understand what you are doing and to help you implement new ideas.
- Amy Musser has a Ph.D. in Architectural Engineering, and has been conducting research and analysis related to building energy performance and indoor air quality for 15 years.
- Matthew Vande has a professional degree in Architecture and a Master of Science degree in Architectural Engineering, with an emphasis in Construction Management. He has worked extensively in both residential and commercial construction as well as in architectural offices and has an in-depth knowledge of integrated building systems. He is also a LEED-accredited professional with an emphasis in residential certification.
